How do I request a refund?
To request a refund within 14 days of purchase please look up your order

By clicking on ‘Look Up Your Order’ above you will be directed to a Digital River Customer Service page. Digital River is the authorised reseller of Kaspersky products online.

  • Once you have logged in you will see the ‘Request a Return button’ at the bottom right hand side of the page.
  • Click the button.
  • Choose the product you would like to return.
  • Select a reason for the refund request using the drop down menu.
  • Add a comment if necessary.
  • Press the Finish button on this page.
  • Press the Finish button again on the next page or the cancel button if you do not wish to continue.
  • You will receive an email within 24 hours containing the return instructions. If you do not see this email please check in your junk or spam folder.
  • The email will contain a link where you must accept the terms and conditions for your refund to be processed. If you choose to decline the terms and conditions it will not be possible to process your refund.
  • We are unable to issue a refund before these instructions are followed.
  • We will continue processing your refund for each product where you accept the terms and conditions.
  • If you have paid by credit card , debit card or PayPal once you have accepted the terms of the return, your refund should appear within 5-7 working days.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD).
